Primary Areas of Practice:

After obtaining both his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Georgia, Shane moved to Atlanta in 2002 to begin practicing law. Shane handles all types of civil litigation with a primary focus on: personal injury, trucking cases, transportation/auto cases, premises liability cases, motorcycle cases, contract disputes, subrogation, trademark infringement and other civil matters. Shane has worked with some of the most respected firms in the southeast, and has represented clients ranging from large national corporations to families and individuals. In 2011, Shane became a partner at Webb, Zschunke, Neary & Dikeman. Shane prides himself on not only providing clients with a quality legal representation, but a personal representation/relationship with constant consideration and attention to their legal needs.

Shane is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and licensed to practice not only in the Georgia Courts, but also the United States District Court, Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, and The United States Court of Appeals. Shane has received a rating of "AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rated" from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating an attorney can currently receive from attorneys and judges. Shane was also named a "Rising Star" for 2013 and 2014 by Super Lawyers, a designation reserved for no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in Georgia who are under the age of 40 or have practiced less than 10 years.
