William Zschunke
Partner
A founding member of Webb, Zschunke, Neary, and Dikeman in Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Zschunke’s practice focuses on civil trial practice with special interests in Motor Vehicle Accidents, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Professional Liability, Property and Casualty Insurance, Errors and Omissions, Bad Faith Litigation and Commercial Litigation. He has tried numerous cases in Federal and State Courts throughout Georgia and three other states. He often represents injured victims of negligence and has obtained multiple seven-figure settlements. Bill is also a certified mediator and arbitrator in Georgia.

Marvin Dikeman

A founding member of Webb, Zschunke Neary, and Dikeman in Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Dikeman has tried cases or even led counsel in 23 states. He has been the lead trial counsel in more than 25 jury trials in the last five years in cases involving transportation, trucking, insurance coverage, and catastrophic injury.

Brian Neary

A founding member of Webb, Zschunke Neary, and Dikeman in Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Neary’s practice emphasizes personal injury, motor carrier and transportation law, hospitality and retail, construction litigation, premises liability, insurance, and general civil litigation. Brian has tried dozens of civil jury cases and has argued extensively in Georgia’s appellate courts. Brian has also successfully negotiated favorable settlements for clients through alternative dispute resolution. At WZND, Brian has successfully represented numerous individuals and businesses in personal injury cases. In addition, Brian has secured substantial settlements for victims of negligence. As part of his practice, Brian represents business owners and individuals.

Having joined Webb Zschunke Neary and Dikeman as a partner in 2003, Melissa’s practise focuses on property and casualty insurance, premise liability, insurance coverage disputes, fraud, arson, personal injury, and general civil litigation. Melissa began her practice at a small litigation firm, then worked as an Associate at one of the largest insurance defense firms in Georgia for several years. She has successfully tried dozens of civil cases in state and federal courts and has argued extensively in Georgia’s appellate courts.

Brian Miller is a partner with the firm and has more than 15 years of experience as a trial attorney. Brian devotes his entire practice to litigation and has been lead counsel in jury trials throughout the state of Georgia. His litigation practice is wide-ranging, encompassing trucking liability, premises liability, product liability, construction liability, and professional liability, including dental malpractice.

Heath Williamson
Associate
Heath Williamson joined Webb, Zschunke, Neary & Dikeman in 2021. Mr. Williamson’s work experience involving insurance companies is extensive. Before attending law school, Mr. Williamson worked as an account underwriter for two major Fortune 500 insurance companies. Since graduating from law school, Mr. Williamson’s entire career has been spent defending insurance companies, with two of those years working in-house directly with an insurance company in both the Atlanta and New York markets. Throughout his experience, Mr. Williamson has represented insurance companies ranging from the largest and most well-known companies to smaller, more specialized companies. In addition, he has litigated in each tier of the court system, from Magistrate to Federal.
